When graduating high school in 2010 means you're old...
Sweater (Gap)/Jeans (Old Navy)/ Booties (Old Navy)/ Clutch (Francesca's) A friend asked me over brunch if I'd been faced with the "OMG I'm an actual adult" feeling yet now that I'm about a year and a half into this post-grad life. ((By the way how long is it acceptable to still consider yourself "post-grad" ? 1 year? 5 years?)). And to be honest I'm not sure if I really have. However the other day an 18-year-old boy asked what year I graduated, and when I told him 2010 he goes on to say "What?! So you're like old!!" MMMMMMMM. YAS. So great. *Insert fake smile face emoji.* No it's fine I'm not bitter, I actually laughed. Until I cried later... #joking?
Anyways, moving on. So I've been house/dog sitting for a neighbor the last two weeks, and feel like I've become increasingly lazy. Which is an actual pet peeve of mine. Because although I had the best intentions of doing lots of reading and lots of writing, the only thing that has progressed is my Pretty Little Liar season viewing. Going strong into season 3 people. Tomorrow I'm back to my loft, and to my desk, and to the airy decor, which happens to be the place where most of my inspiration/motivation/creativity comes. Praise!
Side note: This is the outfit I wore to go vineyard hopping with C the day he proposed. It was rainy and mountainy and my hair gives that nice matted in the misty air look ((lol)), but these photos are so sweet now in hindsight.
