Hope you all had a Thanksgiving worth remembering, because of friends and family and food. I've been learning recently, by the Lord's graciousness, what it looks like to be thankful through and in everything. So even though a lot of hard changes made the Holiday look different this year, I have and always have much to be thankful for. "To give thanks is an action, and rejoice is a verb, and these are not mere pulsing emotions. While I may not always feel joy, God asks me to give thanks in all things, because He knows that the feeling of joy begins in the action of thanksgiving." - Ann Voskamp of "1,000 Gifts" ((a book I couldn't recommend enough)). NOW. It's time. And I'll be honest I've never gone cray on this day, mostly because I'm scared of big crowds that have trampling tendencies. But, I've decided that I've probably missed out on too many deals for Christmas shopping by sitting out all together. So baby steps you know? Which means I'm going to focus on the online shopping, and only go out for fun. And here's a list a few places that I'll be cyber stalking all day long ((already getting excited !!!!):
Nordstrom- Mostly for the decor/accessories/beauty selections. But LOTS of deals and discounts goin' on. BaubleBar- ((Use FRIDAY15, 25, or 35 at checkout)) 15% off 2 items, 25% off 3 items, and 35% off 4. Not a bad thing. Gap- ((Use BLKFRIDAY at checkout)) 50% OFF PEOPLE. OFF EVERYTHING. Done and done. Old Navy- ((Use GRAVY for an extra 15% at checkout)), up to 50% online. SO there, it's insane... (name that movie?) H&M- ((Free shipping over $50 with code 2695 at checkout)), because I mean H&M right? Target- Free shipping with deals on decor and clothing, so I'm good with that.
